FAQ

Our scentologists set up a custom blending station either in one of our studios (up to 25 guests) or at your venue. Each guest creates and bottles their own fragrance to take home the same day.

You can book an appointment in one of our stores where one of our scent-ologists will guide you through the process which takes about 30 min per person. Alternatively, you can go through the process from home with our At-Home Customization Experience (with optional scent-ologist virtual consult), a 3-step process that takes approx. 10 days.

We recommend booking 6–8 weeks before your wedding to allow time for any adjustments and to ensure engraving is completed. At-home kits have a 2–3 week lead time.

Absolutely — your bridal appointment is designed to be enjoyed together. The in-studio session includes champagne for two and is a private, romantic pre-wedding experience in itself.

Your custom scent profile is saved in our system forever — reordering is effortless. Many brides make their wedding scent their everyday signature fragrance.
