We offer one free exchange per custom scent within 30 days of purchase — bring your scent back to a studio (or send it back) and we'll exchange it for another blend you'd prefer. If you'd rather return for a refund, we offer a partial refund excluding a $17.50 disposal fee for EDP and $20 for intense and shipping, since we can't restock custom scents. Then you pick a label or engraving, edit the note we draft, and add it to your cart. We bottle it fresh and ship it along with a personalized note.
Prescent blends use the same perfumer-created core scents and accords as our studios, with the same Eau de Parfum concentration and ingredient standards: IFRA compliant, vegan, and cruelty-free. Freshly bottled in the same 50ml bottle, for the same $85.
The difference is how you find your blend. In-studio, a Scent Advisor creates it with you, testing on your skin along the way. With Prescent, the builder uses your story to choose the combination.
And if we don’t get it quite right? Your Prescent scent includes a free exchange.
Yes! You can edit your note up to 250 characters, and we’ll include it on a card with their gift. The recipient’s email is optional. We’ll only notify them after the gift arrives, and your note won’t appear in the email. No spoiled surprises.
Every Prescent scent comes with one free exchange within 30 days. Bring it to a studio or send it back, and we’ll swap it for another blend.
